Thanks, that's great. Replacing the bushings sounds like the ultimate fix. Any experience with just replacing the shaft? right now my intake seals seem to be good so I don't want to pull of the TB until i have to.

Can you even pull the shaft through without pulling the intake? Intake seals can be a pain, but it's not a lost art so to speak. I know Jesse Brown made some shafts at one point but he hasn't made any more since.
