You know, Donnie, the only reason there IS a BWB for you to complain about is the sponsors. It takes time, money, and effort to keep this going - if he let anyone advertise, then what's the point of being a sponsor? None. Suddenly the money's gone and so is BWB. |

Sorry guys. I guess the future of aftermarket will always be the same. One guy's sign off on what is cool. I guess that asking for design input from riders means that one is only taking and not giving.

Just become a sponsor. I cost less than some of the trinkets on your site, so it'd pay itself back in no time flat. You'd than be able to sell, trade ask for advise, all you wanted. This isn't the end, unless you want it to be. |

That is an inaccurate statement. We had our 501(C) status revoked.
Folks doing business here are welcome to become sponsors. This is the fastest link to the greatest number of Buell riders in the world.

For Friggin's sake there is Biker_d here that might be able to fabricate that which we would like to see for sale so we could fit it to our own precious bikes....???? Something wrong with that??? Yes Blake sure check him out and for him to SELL here he WILL need to be a sponsor, but at the moment he's asking us what we would like to see in production, anything wrong with that? Is there something wrong with having a go? With starting somewhere? FAAAAAAAARK!!!! How the frig can anyone sell us something if they don't ask us what we want first? Sometimes you guys.......

Nope, from someone pursuing answers.

I checked out your web site some. Stick around, browse around, post a comment or two if there's something you have a comment on. Then when ready to go with sales and such knock on Blake's door and get signed up, or contact someone such as Daves and get your product to users that way. Manufacturers need retailers, and there are several retailers already on the site here, unless you prefer the direct sales route, which is fine as well, your choice, your options, there are many options. |

Anyone complaining about Blake's sponsorship rules would have no problem supporting the operating costs of the site for a month, right? Forget the setup work, the maintenance work, the need to be on call, liability grief, all the work done to build the site into a popular destination, forget all that stuff...
Just cover Blake's out of pocket cash expenses for one month. He's been doing it for several years now, surely you don't mind covering a month, right? |

Guys,
I will contact Blake about becoming a sponsor. I appreciate all of your comments and suggestions. I am not new to motorcycle product design, but I am new to doing it on my own. In other words, I'm just getting started. Getting started usually equates to low initial income. If I can justify being a sponsor, consider me a sponsor. If not, consider me a sponsor in a couple of years when I can justify it.
