I recently just purchased an 05 XB9R and have no one to really ride with. A couple friends ride to hells angels events on their harleys, but I don't dare go close to there on my buell (tired of explaining to these old fogies that its a harley too). Just looking for other buell riders in california (hopefuly near sacramento/stockton) that are having the same issue of not beloning!

You're not riding a Harley...not that there's anything wrong with that...

Its really awesome to see that I'm not the only one within 100 miles of my position. If anyone would be interested in trips to tahoe or just running the bikes around parts of the state, just make it known and we'll set something up! Runs through the mountains or down to the coast. It all sounds good so long as its with good, down to earth people

I live in San Jose and have recently picked up one of the last XB9SX models. I live right near an awesome set of roads: Highway 9, 17, 35 and more. Look me up if you find yourself down my way.

I'm in Redlands and it would be cool to actually ride with some Buells. I've seen one or two, but for some reason they weren't that friendly. I gave the wave and they just looked at me.

I'm in the SoCal LA South Bay area. There're a few spectacular riding areas within 30 miles from my home town, Hawthorne. If you're in the area give me a jingle, PM or post here. Buellers welcome.

I will be for sure going to the AM race at infinion then. I was debating going for a ride up 101 along the coast on May 9th (mothers day). An event I was going to ride was cancled, so I would love to get a ride going then. Its a Sunday. Anyone interested, send me an email, and we will work out the details. I'm just south of Sacramento.

Well, I probably will have to cancle on that idea of going up 101. Whiped out today by lake camanche. Bike took a good amount of damage. Dented frame, damaged throttle controls, damaged front brake and brake lever, lost the right front turn siginal. Got some work ahead of me...

At least your okay. Everything else can be replaced. Sounds like a low side. Did you loose the front end?Is your front wheel bent or forks okay? Get that bike back on the road soon, You still going to AMA??

Probably still gona try to make the AMA's. I did pick the bike back up and finish the last 60 miles lol. I'm doing well though, thank you for asking. Got a scratch the size of a staple on my knee and my neck is a little sore when I turn my head far left. My pride hurts the most. I've already fixed the snaped piece on the right front end (part of the framing that covers the siginal wiring. The more I think about it, I should be up and going at 100% soon. Probaly sell my xbox 360 that I don't play due to having a bike. As soon as I figure out how to post pictures I'll put up the damage to the bike. I'll keep y'all posted for sure. Thanks again for the concern : )
