Any opinions? 3 Diablos later in just over 5k, the things seem to have a steady appetite for nails, at least for me. I can't continue to afford their taste...I think I need a dual compound tire.

its rear is smooth tire, starting, but as a wears down the center through-time it becomes a slow tire, catch my drift.. I love the fronts though : D

A good duel compound is the Michelain pilot power 2ct or the Pilot Road 2. I have the PR2's on mine with only 100 miles on 'em, but they warm up quick and have a good "tack".

Thanks for the input. I love the stick and warm-up of the Diablos but, 3 in 5k? Is it compatible to run the PR2 on the rear w/ the Diablo on the front?

I ran Corsa IIIs on the track down into the expert times. A switch to DOT/race Super Corsas saw me drop about 2 more seconds. The Corsas stick, but they wear out kinda quick. I am currently on B-stone 003.
