76 CB 360 (which I wrecked within 2 weeks)
71 CL 100 (I actually learned to ride this one)
78 CB 400 Hawk (15,000 miles in 8 months)
78 Suzuki GS 750 (spit shim)
84 Honda Ascot VT500 (25,000 awesome miles)
82 GS 1100E Suzuki (street racer)
84 Honda XL 250R (rode from Missoula to Portland in 13 hours once)
71 Yamaha DT 250 (best $250 I ever spent)
82 Yamaha IT 175 (for work use mostly)
02 KLR 650 (15,000 dirt miles of fun)
71 Honda Trail 90
99 Kawasaki KX 250 (trail machine-I fear no 4 stroke)
04 Buell XB12R (love at first sight)
Plus a Mach III Triple that never ran right, a Yamaha YZ 250 of dubious legality and a few others... |

Learned to ride in 92-93 on a 72 Honda XR75(friends bike), my first bike was a 72 Suzuki TS90 with knobbies to ride in the dirt, my second bike was a 83 Yamaha XT200, my first street ridden bike was a 91 Suzuki Bandit 400, and finally my 08 12R(been drooling over the XB's since their intro). |

62 Triumph 650 Bonnie TT (dirt bike, lucky to live through that at 14, but boy what stories, I was the King!)
74 Kaw 175 (a good bike but a bit understated after blowing up the Bonnie)
76(?) Kaw 400 Triple (modded, quick for it's day and what it was)
79 Kaw 650 IL4 (very heavy mods, killer for it's day and another I was lucky to live through)
60's Honda 350 twin drag bike (a rail, it was past it's prime but a fun toy)

All of the Buells have been the best. Time will tell if the 1125 beats out the 12R as my all time favorite. |
