I believe on 03's. Black wheel bearings were recalled. Red ones suppose to be in the wheels. Front & Rear.

I have an 03 and put the vin on the harley recall site and it only comes up the headlight service. How can I get a copy where it says the 03 need this done for the dealer.

It wasn't a recall, which is likely why it doesn't show up. However, it didn't affect all 03 bikes in the first place. The easiest thing to do is simply look at your bearings.

Orange = good.

Black = bad.

Now is this free for the wheel bearing swap?

If you somehow still have the black bearing seals, yes, you should be able to take your bike to a Buell dealership and get them changed. Bring a copy of the document as well.
