Dumped my bike Sunday and seeing if anyone has extra parts laying around that they would care to donate to a good cause; ME! It's an 08 City X XB9SX and it used to be blue. Damn dude that sux. Hate to hear you wrecked, at least it seems you're ok. shifter bolt is bent and probably can't be saved If by "shifter bolt" you mean the bolt connected to the primary case, you may want to take a good look at it, to make sure the primary case is ok. Sorry I can't help you with parts, I'm in the same boat as you, just not near as bad. Good Luck! | ||

I tried to put this over in the Classifieds, but can't link the two threads. I have the airbox with the X intact. I'm more than willing to offer the coveted X for some of these parts. The airbox is completely jacked up, but I'll ship it that way if you want to remove it yourself. | ||

Thanks for the tip Kristi, & I just KNEW I saw something like that around, but I couldn't find it when I was looking around. Sent a couple of guys a PM. How does the spreadsheet work? Do I need to update it or just tell you? It was a mishap, but thats all, I'm fine and I'm sorry to say that this ain't my first time getting thrown. The real tragedy is that I ruined 2 other guys' day by wiping out. Could've been a nice ride. | ||

Hey Smiley, I have two OEM mirrors I'm replacing with bar-end mirrors if you want one, and I have a OEM L. Rider (Driver) Peg I'm also replacing. Both are off a new bike and are fine. I'd have to have you wait a couple weeks before I can make the switches and get them to you though. Let me know. | ||

Someone offered two OEM mirrors and in the process of replying to him, my laptop battery died! I DO want them. Skully offered to send me one, but I don't know which side. I also want it to be known that I am not stockpiling this stuff. Any extras or duplicates are going right onto the Pay It Forward board with all credit to the original donors.  | ||

Smiley, If the pegs came off an R they may be different then yours. You may want to check it out. If i'm not mistaken the S are 1" lower then the R. I to have placed the S pegs on my R to lower them the 1". |
