I don't know anything about Tuber chain conversions, but there are quite a few available for the XB series.

1. Probably the most popular, and certainly the most economical, is the Saintly chain conversion, made by the Bad Webber of that name. You simple email him, to get the details.

2. Rather more expensive, but with a perhaps the best chain tensioner, is the Grandstand Design kit, also made by a fellow bad webber, Pete.

Here is the URL:http://www.grandstanddesigns.com/

3. Other more expensive racing set ups use a modified swing arm, and the standard form of chain adjustment at the end of the swing arm.

They are available from sponsor Hal's who made a very complete kit including the swing arm itself .
The price is $2500.
Innovative also makes a similar kit for about a thousand less, but I believe that it might be less complete.

Click on the link in my post and you can get all the current prices. I don't recall the exact price, but I think it was around $350.00.

From American Sport Bikes website:

9351 - XB Series Chain Conversion Kit

Note: Currently unavailable, cost was too high to import. A similar alternative is in work.
