I received this email earlier today: After long hours and a painstaking elimination process – your design has been selected by Erik Buell to be one of the 10 finalists in the Buell Super TT Trick-Out Contest. Although it's great that you were selected I kind of don't like how this whole contest is decided upon. I wish they would have selected 20-30. I would have loved spending a half o day picking through them all, or at least post up all decent entries. Also I didn't make the selection so it's a bummer. Top ten out of the nation worth of entries is awesome. Good luck! | ||

We'll see what their criteria is for selection on monday. If I see a pattern in style I'll be even more disappointed.  Dave I think yours is pretty radical. It would be cool if buell offered a service of building custom plastics. Just something to think about BMC | ||

Firefighter, the simplicity of yours works, and if I may say so, I hope the judging is as bold in its decision in not necessarily choosing a much more involved design as you were bold in submitting one. I think yours would look even better with white rims and black spokes. Sometimes little is more. Good luck  Rocket | ||
