You can bet I'm going to be checking every time from now on. I think they were just a little distracted by the incredible amount of damage that had been inflicted on the old carcass and forgot that it was a Buell wheel. Tim (No_Rice) was referring to the tire I had mounted up at Road America after my blow-out at homecoming 06. I'm sure the same thing happens fairly often at bike shops too, but most people don't have another same model bike with same model tire sitting next to theirs to compare with and go...hey wait!
