Would there be any problem running a stock air filter with a race muffler and a race ecm?

Not a real good idea.

Will probably cause the bike to run rich as the filter will not be flowing as much air as the ECM expects. The race ECM adds more fuel than the stock one, so you need more air flow to make the engine run properly.

Running rich fouls plugs, reduces power output and makes hair grow on your palms.

K+N or Buell race air filter is about $50 , Daves has them in stock, as do other sponsors. Don't forget to remove the snorkle, the rubber insert in the air intake that goes through the frame, when you install the new air filter if you have an XB with a through the frame air intake.
