On the Lightning the cable runs up behind the fly screen, on the Firebolt the cable runs out in front of the fork tube. The difference is due to the extra height for the bars. I have the LSL superbike bars on my Firebolt and need a longer cable. Al from American Sportbike measured the cables and said the Lightning was longer than the Firebolt and if I wanted to get a longer cable I would have to go custom. I tend to believe this based on the routing path but I have not verified for myself.
