Darkducati Dont even get me started on that- Speed used to have great programs on all the time now it just NASCAR this and NASCAR that. What happened to the road racing and world superbike and things like that. I used to have to catch that stuff at 1:00 in the morning on espn2 until speed came out, now its the same way on speed. I even went to high school with Ryan Newman and I still dont care for NASCAR. O-well what can you do? | ||

I signed. I use to watch speedvision years ago because of the motorcycle programs. Tuesdays were devoted to nothing but motorcycles day and night. I know a lot of people didnt like him, but I'd watch Dave Despain religiously. No offense to NASCAR fans but watching fat hairy rednecks turn left for 5 hours isnt that exciting to me. I'd like to see more motorcycle programs besides Texas Hardtails. | ||

Yeah I remember when it actually had some substance. Isle of Mann coverage. Lots of WRC coverage. And tons of motorcycle racing of all types. Now it's just NASCAR. The only thing with any diversity left is Motorsports Mundial. | ||

F**K Dave Despain! He is a spineless douche bag! He has done nothing but defend the network for everything they do. And should we expect anything less? He is a corporate hand puppet. I am sick of AS@#OLES like HIM giving me this BS about there being a need for 20 hours of NASCAR programing in a day because there are so many fans. They have coverage on several networks. I have no problem with there being NASCAR on Speed, I just wish they wouldn't play the same garbage over and over again. Is it asking so much for them to cater a little to the people who got the network to where it is? A little Isle of Mann would be nice. And I guess if some people want to watch a little NASCAR, that will be fine. If I want to watch something real when NASCAR is on, I'm sure I can find some pro wrestling. BTW Dave, there is too much NASCAR on SPEED!!!! | ||

Nice bleep rant on Dave's bleep part. What the bleep does he think he's bleep doing talking to bleep viewers, also known as customers, that bleep way? I don't watch his current bleep show, so I don't know bleep what it's about. However, that's really bleep disappointing. I'm 3231! I remember a show called "Legends of Motorsport", where they would show some vintage racing, like World Rally racing from the 60s & 70s, cool shows on Sterling Moss, stuff like that! They should bring back more of that kind of programming! I used to like NASCAR, but it got old real quick. I love Odie's acronym! I actually fell asleep at the last 3 NASCAR races I went to at Dover Downs several years ago. Not to mention NASCAR hasn't really contributed anything to the racing world for a long time. Speed TV needs to cut back on the NASCAR coverage, dump those turds of entertainment "Texas Hardtails" & "Pinks", as they are as fake as Pamela Anderson's chesticles, and bring back more retrospective stuff from racing back 30 - 40 years ago. Follow the IMS, International & Detroit auto shows a bit more, delve into new car technology more, and cover All the major motorcycle racing series! | ||
