Actually......it gets much better than that in the world of Harley-Davidson transportation and union rules. Anything headed East goes, by HD Truck, to York FIRST, then gets transferred to a commercial carrier. West is a whole 'nother story...... There's very little correlation (with the possible exception of Australia) 'tween distance from East Troy and delivery time. I can tell you, however, that the systems are good and are "optimized" given the nature of the challenge. | ||

Attention Colorado Buellers, We got our first XB9S (Black) in today. I'm going to hold it on the floor for a couple weeks for everyone to see it (it's not spoken for). The ride is a lot like a Cyclone in the seating position, but all Firebolt in the handling. I'm really in love...time to hide the wallet for my own good. The 9S that I sat on the other day, did have a different sidestand on it than the one on my 9R. The 9S stand points more toward the front of the bike when it is down. | ||

My XB9S arrived yesterday ay Harleys House of Harley and Southern California Buell!!! Jerry Johnson had called the day before to tell me it had shipped and yesterday when I talked to him he joked that he'd bring it to the SCAB meeting last night.LO and Behold it showed up a few minutes after we hung up.So YES , it was at our meeting and everybody got to try it out!!!(just sitting on it of course!)It looks BITCHEN !!!!! | ||

The pictures of the XB9S do not due this bike any justice. I had the pleasure to see the XB9S at So. Cal. Buell meeting last night. This bike look's so awesome. I can't wait to demo ride this bike. Sound's like its going to be an expensive demo ride. |
