Tatsu,
Coming out of H3 my ears are ringing for an hour. I went to the gas station about 2-3 weeks ago but your were not there. Now it seems like I have plans for the next couple weeks. I am trying to get there.

Hogs. What I meant to say was that the race pipe performs well at the low RPM range. While the engine is not to agreeable to being lugged the pipe still does well if you have to dog it.

Shawn,

Ft. Lewis... yes, thought I would be here for 3 years but have been on station for 5 because of Stryker Brigade deployment to Iraq. (Caught up in life cycle ya know)

Let me muddy the waters more...

What about having to repack the exhaust?
Wileyco has a life time warranty.

Thoughts?

I have the Buell race can and love it. I was looking for a middle of the road as far as sound goes. Daves said the race can was a great middle of the road can. Also welcome.

I got a used Polished Race Can for 150 bucks , from a guy on this board. I got it just to hold me over untill I could afford a D&D or Latus but it sound 100 times better then stock and much louder then I was expecting , because so many people on the board were saying it was not much louder then stock. But that is not true. It gives you some rumble but is not overly loud.

I just put my Jardine on a couple of weeks ago. I love it!!!! Like others were saying, I leave at 6:30am, i just push it away from the building and barely take it off idle. Nobody in my apartment complex complains. I went on a 140 mile ride Tuesday, and voices were kind of muffled for a little while when I got back, but it is only temporary.

Aaron, the first gas station on the main strip.

Chad, I just left Lewis last Jun. Got back from Iraq in Feb had orders to Hawaii by Apr. A friend of mine has the Wilyco on his 2001 lightning(tuber) and it has a real nice sound to it. Not too loud but it gives it that nice deep roar. Good luck in your choice of pipes.
