We like you all to comment on our first maintenance video. We like to show you here a simple maintenance issue and how you can resolve a problem. Can you all tell us if you would watch a maintenance video for your Buell, what issues you like to see. Like a tool list to use or a part number for the replacement part.

Videos we need -
Rotate engine
Check valves
Use crank locker for rotor, etc.
Bleed brakes/clutch, with & without MightyVac
Timing camshafts and ideas on moving from OEM settings.

Hmmm, I think that's a good start from the brakes. Nice video.
Thanks much again Dris.

Creative "fast-forwarding" does wonders for a tech demo.
Watch some of Rob's at crotchrocket.tv

I am going to EBR first week of December to shoot the 1190RS maintenance videos with them. More to come I'm sure.
BTW, I'm under strict non-disclosure, so don't bother asking...

How is the thumb doing ? it looked pretty rough in the pic.

Still looks pretty weird and some feeling is gone, but I can ride with it so it's OK.

No way, watch Spike TV some time, they can restore a beatup 39 Ford to showroom condition and add things like turbos all in a single 30 minute segment! They even know how to do it without getting dirty, not breaking any rusty bolts, and how to not bust up your knuckles in tight cavities!

Froggy, I loved those shows...no drama, just the facts (albeit with A LOT of editing for time and cussing)! LOL!

Beats American Hot Rod & American Chopper...took them weeks just to build a car/bike. I'm surprised they succeeded and met deadlines what with all that drama!
