I have some questions about some parts on EBR store and I can't find any way to contact them. Is there a way to do this? Phone number or email?

info@ebracing.com for standard email inquiries. The other one I'd use is tech@ebracing.com if needed.

There are threads devoted to this topic.

You can do no better than one of the two above e-mail addresses.

EDIT: By the way . . . . the reason is that the e-mail will go directly to the person who can accurately respond to your question.

Folks, even a year ago when there was but ONE phone line, seemed to want to call thinking there was a "Customer Service" line.

There was not and a phone call meant that someone, in the middle of doing something, had to stop . . . put a call on hold . . tie up the line . . walk around (there was no intercom) until they found someone . . ask "who can answer . . ?" . . . go find that person, (phone line still tied up) . . find that person. . . have them stop what they were doing . . . walk to the other end of the building (where the phone was) . . talk to someone . . . then go about whatever it took to address the question.

It was . . . .at best. . .inefficient and a pain in the ass.

It's temporary . . but, and never more than at this moment . . things are at a very critical juncture.

The e-mail, on the on the other hand, is set up to respond to precisely what you need.

Be certain . . . as we've said for years . . to provide ALL relevant information . . including name, address, phone number, best time to call and a detailed description of the problem/question.

Not terribly unusual for folks to get a call from Michael or Erik at night during dinner.

Your problem WILL be addressed and solved.

Keep in mind that your email is likely to end up directly in the inbox of a engineer / thought leader at the company who is herding a million other cats.

The downside of this is that responses may not always be quick, might not always be flawlessly diplomatic, and might not even come if the question is too vague. Or might even get lost in the shuffle (has happened but is rare).

The upside is that you don't have to wade your way though 50 idiot marketing types who will waste your time and mangle your question beyond all recognition, and that your answer will be not just correct, but also likely insightful. And if the question is good, you just leapfrogged to a key decision maker in the company and made them understand your problem.

Dropping a good problem in front of one of these kinds of men and women is like dropping a raw steak into a room full of hungry dogs. They couldn't ignore it if they wanted too... and they don't want to ignore it in the first place. : )

LOL. Crossed posts with Court, who said it more clearly and diplomatically than I did...

to echo the above not always an instant response but the response will be as accurate as the question and details provided.

This is the key, ask a good question and get a good answer.

I got a reply within an hour when I asked about sending my old rotor back. I've had delays in one or two emails I've sent, but otherwise, I've always gotten helpful and quick replies, especially for questions that aren't as involved.
