just had my drive belt replaced, and 50 miles out my speedo go's crazy, and now only indicates 0 mph and no gear indication? where do i start?

Speed sensor.
It's by the dipstick.
Check for iron "fuzz".

The IC calculates gear from speed and rpm; lose either the VSS or KPS and no gear indicated.

after limited investigation, i also have no horn or brake lights, the parking light works, checked the fuse and it's good. ???

correction closer inspection #9 10amp fuse was blown, horn and brakes work now, have not road tested for speedo, BUT, fuses dont blow for no reason do they?

No, but the reason might not be electrical.

I've learned to replace my fuses a couple of times a season. I've had a couple fail from the mechanical violence this bike and Texas tracks put on things...

just 2 b sure, the speedo and gear indicator are tied to the brake horn circuit?

Check your wires at the horn. One might be rubbing on the bracket and shorting. Had this happen on mine.

I had the same thing happen to mine recently, turned out the wires going into the tail light chaffed through on the sub frame behind the rear seat latch.

i changed the fuse and didnt inspect any wires. so faR SO GOOD,. think just vibration killed the fuse
