Ive had these HIDs on my bike for about a 1000 miles no issues. Then last night one of them started to flicker with the bumps in the road. Then shortly there after went out all together.
Got home and tore it apart this morning thinking a loose connection has to blame.
Found no loose connection but the ballast has rattling from withen. The other does not. What causes the ballast to go out like that?
the ballast are secured to the headlight assy with velcro so they dont bounce a lot with the road. Is there anything i can do warranty wise? I cant find a number for Starrotoors.

The warranty I think is 1yr maybe only 90days though. That being said mine are still going strong for over 24k and 3yrs

Sometimes parts fail?

I have had DDM Tuning HIDs on 2 motorcycles and 3 cars/vans. They have a lifetime warranty, though I've never had to use it. Might be worth a shot if you have to buy new.
