I finally got an 1125. I wanted an R but ended up with a CR.(long story and a long trip) I'll either end up swapping front end parts or buying it a piece at a time.
I would even swap all red CR plastics for black R plastics.


Performance wise I am probably going with a Barker can and EBR ECM. I have enough $$ in paypal from the old xb parts I sold to order the exhaust.

I definitely need to do something to clean up the tail end also. I will probably do something home made there or find a used XB license plate holder on ebay to use. I'll also be swapping out the turn signals with some small flush mounts.

I have a red CR, red grows on you after a while. The CR is lower geared.

I'm not against the red, the wife is the one being picky about the color of the bike. My previous bike was a red '07 XB.

I would love to swap the front end parts with you. I would say we could swap all plastics, but I have an '08 with the blue frame, and that wouldnt look too good.
