Wow this thing is a monster.... I love it... I still like my R but with all the fueling issues i have/had, i just wanted something a bit more reliable....

That's funny, I bought a Ducati to replace my Buell too, in my case, a XB12SR.

It was a 2005 999S. Great bike. The only problem I had with it was the original battery was just too small to start the bike regularly.

Replaced it with the biggest Shorai that would fit in it, and problem solved.

The economy must not be too bad where you are, congrats on the new ride.

Black, the best/fastest color. If you enjoy yours as much as i do mine, your rides just get longer. Congrats.

Love the diavel so much power to the wheel. How does it handle compared to the R?

Handling on the diavel is pretty damn impressive, not quite Sportbike, but not far off. For my type of Riding it works great for me... Long rides, mild twisties...

As for the economy where i am at... I'm doing well for myself.

I obviously Love twins... Love the trq, Miss the Buell and i still have it, it just will be MONTHS again before i get it back... I haven't decided if i will sell the buell or not, i guess it will depend on how it is running after i get it back.

I definitely want to add a Diavel to my lineup. I used to have a '98 Vmax (lots of small-moderate mods) and it's the only bike I've sold that I really would buy back if I had the chance. I'd like to have another power cruiser (if that's what the Diavel is considered)!

I recommend the Diavel, especially if you ever liked a Vmax or Vrod...... it blows either of those bikes out of the water.... PLus its just sexy.....
