What does the "De-Noid" procedure exactly do in regards to performance? After removal what am I exactly getting? Will I still need to get the EBR-ECM?

Thanks~

Removing the 'noid prevents it from closing the throttle when going WFO suddenly in 3rd at 4800 rpm( I might remember wrong, rpm is on frame neck).

It also takes some pull off the throttle.
Since you also tied the cams together, your throttle butterflies won't "flutter" at high rpm.

Yes, you still should get the EBR ECM.
If for no reason than getting 500 more rpm on top.
"Yes, it goes to 11"

Got my new or better said seat modified today. Had to remove some cushioning in order to avoid working on the suspension since I am lacking a few inches of the ground now hopefull that mod could resolve my issue

Looks like you're missing your crank breather filter.

Does that go in the squarish funnel looking thing below the rear throttle body in the top picture?

And I'd pull up that little hose, between the throttle bodies, a little.

Where, exactly, is this little hose of which you speak?

It's a piece of oil line (3/8?) on the right side between the throttle bodies.
Sticks up ~3/8-5/8" from the bottom tray.

Wow, what a mess the oil change was, no simple process to say the least. Tried to avoid as much mess as I could be oil went everywhere WTH!

If you do oil change on a rear paddock stand it makes it a much cleaner process.

put the side stand (kick stand) IN the drain pan ( you need a pretty good size one) before you "pull the plug" ...don't forget the drain plugs on the clutch side...
good luck

Tips for reducing oil change mess:

1: Use a rear paddock stand

2: Drain stator side first, and know the oil is going to *SHOOT* out when you pull the plug.

3. Drain clutch side seconds -- it's a direct drop.

4. Pull oil filter. No way to stop it running a bit on this one...

Last time I didn't spill a drop.

Bike on rear stand, kickstand folded up.
Drain clutch side(right) straight down, leave plug out.
Drain left side, oil shoots out about a foot then drops to a dribble in seconds, be ready to follow the stream.
start motor, run a few seconds to clear oil from galleys.
pull EMPTY oil filter and change.

Easy peasy

I don't recommend running engine with the plugs out Zac, you know that will end in disaster for someone, I'm sure your careful, but others may be a bit less attentive :0. Personally I run the bike up so oil is warm, then drain it.

Regarding left side drain plug, just don't pull it away from the threads until pressure has dropped.

I use a cat litter tray, it covers both plugs and filter spillages.

Aluminum foil as a oil funnel works pretty good too for draining.

I learned my lesson, first I didn't have a bike stand so I had to resort to the 2 man approach method, I have a motorcycle jack but I can't use it w my Buell only w my normal Bike which is a Harley Street Glide. It was messy, dropped oil on the ground and I tried to be as careful as I could but oil was all over the place. This is my first experience w my 1125R, I'm in serious need of a bike stand. I ordered one but it was too damn small, got the incorrect one. Today I'm placing an order for the correct stand. Thanks guys!

The first time I changed Loretta's oil, I caught about a cup.
The rest found the garage floor one way or another.

Sometimes I catch guff about running the bike during an oil change.
It works for me, been doing it for 30+ years.YMMV
Do it or don't, oil filter doesn't hold much anyway.

Enjoy your bike, Loretta is the most fun vehicle I have ever owned.

RPM's issues? Notice today that my RPM's are quite high at 1500, normally they should be at 1000 or below, why is this happening? Is this normal? How do I adjust the RPM's? I took her out today, did about 100 miles, great ride, responsive, quick, nimble and it has lots of potential. I got lots of confused looks because people dont know what the bike is since its different but I like that...
