just saw regulator/rectifier recall on 2008-12 kawasaki. I wouldn't think these are failing more often than 1125 charging systems. | ||

Actually had mine replaced on my zx10r. When I first bought the bike burned up 2 of my ecm according 2 the stealership. They didn't do the job right the first time. I was riding one day and I started smelling something foul and then the bike died on me. I had to put my bike back to stock so I didn't get any b.s. and when I took my seat off to hook up my stock valved exhaust my battery was 3x the size it was over charging | ||

If it wasn't kuz its a gell battery I would of had acid all over me. so It's prob a safety recall.  | ||

I love my kawi. I had a suzuki sv650 that I loved 2 honestly there all great bikes each bike us gonna have their own set of problems. Xb you wouldn't believe how many people said that about buells. All the negativity honestly discouraged me when I bought my 1125r but now I love her she is a blast (not to be confused with the buell blast lol). What ever problem I encounter I will fix one way or the other. That's the only problem I have had with my zx10r I have about 9k on her and she is scary fast. | ||

Well I know about the american bike haters, but ehen japanese lovers say bad things about kawi and many are true. Just look at AMA , jamie haking was the last guy to be able to do anything with a kawi as nd even he complained how the suspension was kawi s weakness. | ||

Ah yes that that's probably why the kawi stator went bad because Jamie Haking complained about the suspension! makes total sense now  . I live in san diego I've been to bike nights where there's over 500 riders and it was an even spread with all manufactures including kawi. I Never heard hate from people just respect and compliments. Its ignorant to label a company bad just because you have heard rumors. If kawi was so notoriously bad they wouldn't be around any more. I sure as hell wouldn't buy from them and I'm sure alot of people would agree. | ||

Not sure where you are getting your information from, but okay...I have owned 5 Kawasaki's, and not one of them ever let me down, maybe I was just lucky, along with the 10 or so people I ride with sometimes that own Kawasaki's,they seem very positive about theirs too, hmmm? | ||

Honestly really? Suspensions are all, set up! Thats why they all have adjustable suspension. So they are tailored to the rider. It's all up on the ridder. You can have a 200 rwhp motorcycle with the best suspension in the world. Even if you cant ride for shistnizze just blame it on the manufacturer no reason to take blame as a professional rider. I mean by now all the kawi riders that moved on are at the top of the league . Thats how Rossi and Nickky got a head. They just got lucky by ridding the best bike! No skill at all! Even thought at the end of the day their all bound by the same rules and regulations that every one else is. LETS JUST FACE IT PEOPLE! KAWI IS SHIAT  | ||
