Pro-Bolt, McMaster and Fastener Express are decent vendors.

Unlikely to find matching.

Aluminum screws will be anodized, and wont' match the powder coat on the wheels. Steel screws.....

Those blue wheels are pretty bright, much like anodized. I have a feeling anodized blue screws from Pro Bolt might work well. I am very happy with the black ones I used to replace the steel black painted screws. If I had a blue and white R, I would definitely give them a shot. Not cheap for a full set, but you will feel the weight difference when you hold both sets of screws in your hand.

Or...buy a spare set of hardware and find a local powdercoater. Have them mask the threads so they're still "clean", and they should be able to do just the bolt heads.

If you do that, or paint, have some clear touchup paint handy. AS SOON as you torque the fastener, get a good coat of clearcoat inside the tool hole. Torquing the fastener will crack the finish at the corners of that hole, allowing moisture underneath. A steel fastener will rust (think of a chrome-plated Harley, with rusty bolts - this is what causes that), but any coating will lose adhesion if it gets wet enough. Keep it sealed with clearcoat, though, and you should be good for years. Re-clear ANY time you put a tool in the fastener.

My suggestion for an '09, though...it'll be easier to match the hardware to the Villain Black on the frame and swingarm. Black anodized should be pretty damn close, and you can find that just about anywhere. Also, using black hardware will let your wheels, screen, and "Buell" badges pop out better. But that's just my .02.

Might also look into some reflective pinstripe tape in blue. Here's a pic of my M2, with some 1/8" blue on it:

I did a red one on my CR around the tail the same way (black CR, black wheels with red stripes, red badges, red front caliper) as well as one on the bottom curve of the scoops. I put a strip of black tape that reflects white, around the edge of the scoop inlet (the leading edge of your white part). I'll have to get some photos. Subtle in daylight; VERY effective at night. I think the blue would look good on the white bike, day or night.

Here's the CR in daylight, no flash:

And here, with a camera flash to make the pinstripes pop:
