I'm getting near my 12,000 mile service. I have recently installed a Barkers exhaust and Erik Buell Racing ECM. Will they reflash the ECM for any reason during a 12,000 mile service? Should I just put the stock one back in? thanks.

Stock is theirs, they only want to see their product. A third party part will void their responsibility for any functionality within that parts range of influence.

100% stock is the rule for any dealer service.

I would put the stock ECM back on. Just in case.

It only makes sense to raise as few questions as possible when your machine goes to the dealer.

If it's your first trip to this dealer, make it easy on yourself and return the bike to as near stock as practical.
The fewer excuses for a shop to be able to make, the better.

If you have already built a good relationship with the shop, you should know where you stand.
