Anyone know the exhaust O2 sensor thread size for an '09 1125? I want to use the power commander autotune, and the supplied wide band sensor with the autotune is M18x1.5mm. If anyone has installed the autotune sensor, did it bolt in without any modification? I make changes to my bike on a regular basis, so please hold the "why don't you just use the Erik Buell Racing ecu" arguments.I don't want to buy the autotune until I know it fits. I already emailed dynojet and they were no help. Basically the guy didn't know, and said "just measure it". Yeah, I'd measure it if I could, but that's why I asked in the first place. Anyone able to verify this?

It's a standard O2 sensor, so yes, it's 18x1.5mm

Thanks Dean, You saved me a lot of messing around. Btw I looked at your personal profile and see you are running wideband O2 sensors. Is it possible with the Erik Buell Racing race ecm? Or did I miss something?

I have a pair of PLX Devices controllers and Bosch sensors. They have a narrow band output signal that the standard and race ecm can use. Works just fine and I have an instant display showing me exactly how it's running. I still plan to play with the wideband output to the ecm for data logging, just haven't done it yet. I guess I've been in the planning stages for about a year now.

One more question. What size flare nut wrench should I buy, 21mm?

I used an O2 sensor socket. 7/8" and you can get one just about anywhere. It's deep enough that you can lay the wire over the side without damaging anything and has a slot cut out for them.

Thanks Dean. Keep up the good work on producing your exhausts.
