i thought it was about time i finished my latest project, my Ti muffler, i had to make press tools etc to make the ends, as a comparison just with just these two parts, the stainless one weighs 6.38 lbs, the Ti one weighs 3.96 lbs, i will be working on new down pipes too, maybe not in Ti but something possibly better

Now i want one of those, inc titanium headers : (

But hang on, what's "possibly something better" ?? Are carbon exhausts a possibility.

no carbon for me, Ti headers are not always what they're cracked up to be, i got my eye on some more exotic alloys

Ti's main advantage is weight.

It gets brittle after lots of heat cycles, and it's frightfully expensive. At least, compared to Stainless.

It's also tough as nails to machine, tearing up bits, blades, etc.

Beautiful pipe though

Looks good, Albert.

Did you ever do any before (stock exhaust) and after dyno testing with your exhausts to see what sort of gains they make?
