I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask but a Google search on Bwb came up empty. I just changed the front brake pads and need the following torque specs:

--pins that hold the pads into the calipers
--brake caliper mounting bolts
--front axle
--front axle pinch bolts

Axle, front : 39-41ft-lbs anti-seize on threads, bearing pads.
Axle pinch bolts, front : 20-22ft-lbs. alternate twice between bolts.
Brake pin hanger set, front : 11-15ft-lbs.
Caliper fasteners, front : 18-22ft-lbs.

Gotta do mine soon too, finally.

Another good rule of thumb:

The Buell torque specs are widely the same as would be for any given Grade-8 bolt specification.

For example, an M8x1.25 is widely known to be about 20 ft-lbs. As it turns out, most of the M8 bolts on the bike have exactly that specification!

So, when in doubt, just Google the spec for that specific bolt geometry in a Grade-8 spec into Aluminum and you will get a pretty decently good guess as what it should be.

If nervous about it, go on the lighter side of the spec and touch the bolt with some blue.
