Kinda wondering. I sent them an e-mail regarding some questions involving the Race ECM on monday to the info e-mail address. It's now friday and I still haven't heard back. Wondering what the deal is as I really want to purchase the ECM, but would like my questions answered before I do. | ||

I emailed them twice, with questions, prior to my purchasing their race ECM. No reply. I gave up waiting and ordered it, based upon the glowing reports, here. I'm very glad I did. They are such a small staff, and doing so much, sometimes things can get missed. | ||

They will contact you... i had bought some stickers from them, somehow they were sent to the wrong address. Two weeks after my order I recieved a phone call and got it all taken care of. Also i emailed them about the ECM being out of stock and gotta call a few dats later. Just be patient, and they are super nice! | ||

Probably most of them are at Road America for the AMA races. I always heard back from them in a few hours or the next day at latest. They have been scrambling a lot between Millers and there. They were at the shop only one day preparing the bikes with new 1125 engines for DSB and then off to Elkheart Lake. Give 'em a short break, they are the real deal. Bob | ||

People, you GOTTA realize that we're only talking like 8 people TOTAL working there now. That is 8 people to run E B R, to do the race team, handle all the Race Team travel and track support. Last weekend was the race at Miller Motorsports, this weekend is Road America. Just a small handful of people building machines, running a travelling racing team, supporting racers, handling sales, handling technical support, doing development, handling stocking/shipping/receiving, doing everything else that goes along with the day-to-day operations. If you didn't get an instant response, don't hold it against them. They're just spread so thin. | ||
