I'll tell you as soon as I get my bike back. I built a two chamber that's 12"x6"x3" with a 2 1/2 in and two 2" out. Send me your email and I'll send you a pic of it.

Not a flowmaster, just a hand built one. Search for how-to's on building a pipe from scratch. Bob Thompson used a Walker can since it was smaller, not sure what he's got on it right now though.

I did use a Walker turbo type on my first system. It flowed very well, much better then stock and the sound was throaty but not at all loud. I would still be using it but had to some hot wrenching to get it to fit completely under my full lowers and was not pleased with its fit only, so I have since gone to a straight through packed muffler with a high flow insert to calm noise some. Well pleased, especially now with an EBR race ECM. Outstanding sound AND performance.

I bet one of these would sound nice. Pretty compact case as well so it probably wouldn't be hard to tuck up under the engine.

@Hack_job: I'm going to get a SpinTech for myself for my birthday (april 5th). Ron said he would have no problem making a system for our bikes. Last time I attempted to go there on Feb. 9th I got my bike impounded and didn't quite make it there haha

I cannot remember where I saw it but I read not too long ago that the engineering system used in Spintech's mufflers led to a really high temperature of the case on these units. That might just pose a problem for some applications. I looked at them really carefully and chose to go another direction. Just some FWIW info. Bob

Here's one way to do it. Single in/out, Single in/dual out. Both oval style muffler cases, just hand made. It's a pretty long post though.

Nice Danny, That IS some cool reading. I'll have one on my bike in the first week of April. He is only 15 min away from me. Ron does beautiful work. I have Two of his sportsman mufflers on my boosted SBC El Camino with a x-pipe

I want to clarify what I said about heat in a Spintech muffler. I really like the design and strength of these and was going to try one, but was worried about heat generated and my full lowers which would not be a problem for a naked bike.

From Spintechs own website:

"SPINTECH PERFORMANCE MUFFLERS unique patented design provides maximum performance for today's modern engines. Its all done by means of a spin sound trap, which captures sound vibration (noise) and turns it into heat within the muffler case."

And a cutaway of the muffler:

From this information I went to a more conventional straight through packed type muffler and an insert to quell loudness some. I have experienced no additional heat problems with this system. Bob

I will have Ron mount it right at the back tire up at an angle like Albert666 did with his setup. Should be no worries there

I think an RC megaphone would sound the way I want : D. Then again, I don't even have an 1125 yet.

I would do a B4 and after but I dunno of anyplace to get my bike dynoed... The HD that I go to said they don't do power runs on theirs anymore.

Where does everyone else go to get their bikes run, if they don't own their own dyno?

But I'm really not sure if it would be a good comparison as my pipe is completely gone almost lol
