Very exciting I just bought me new toy a 2009 1125CR its red, I need to go the the dealer and pick it up. (about 7 hours away)

A few months ago a purchased a 98 s1w and fell in love with the Buell's everyone on the boards have been so good with giving out info and what a great group of people. Can't wait to ride my CR, the funny thing is I have never seen one in person or even set on one !!! I'm sure its going to be a wild experience.

You will love it. I bought my cr without ever seeing one also. I hadn't even ridden a sport bike when I bought it. I pretty much never rode my Harley again and sold it to a guy in Cairo Egypt through YouTube.

I also bought one without having ever seen one. Best impulse purchase ever.

S1W is a sweet F-ing bike. However, as every one has said, you're going to the CR - huge tech jump, tuber to this. Congrats and welcome to the 1125 darkside.

My Loretta was the first 1125 I saw in person.
I was the first to "ride" her after she left the factory. (10 feet in the service bays)

Best machine I have ever operated, she reads my mind.

So far, 23.5k miles of the best riding I have ever experienced.

Well I saw mine and sat on it, but didn't ride it. The first ride was quite an experience. I'd never felt a bike pull so hard. Have the dealer adjust the suspension for your weight.

The first time I rode an 1125r (not mine) it stalled when I was waiting to make a u-turn. Mine hasnt stalled on me since the first day I got it. I just cross my fingers before every time I push the start button.

Congrats falcon501 hope you do enjoy your new buell. I am also like a few on here and bought my new 1125 without hearing or riding one. I have only 55 miles and the grin will be hard to wipe off your face the first time out. Just let those tires warm up!!!
