I'm sorry but my o9 Cr may be one of the problem bikes. My VIN is -------D493C00879. Build date is Sept 09. I hate to ask but could you check mine too. I don't know how to get a list of suspects myself as I can't find it on the web. Thanks anyway, whether you do or don't. | ||

Court, maybe you didn't understand my question. What iwas asking is. Is this something that buell is activley sending letters to owners or is this something that the owner has to catch wind about on a buell forum or some other means and then go to buell and find out if their bike is affected. Look at gm there are some recalls that owners are informed of and others only get taken care of if A. The owed inquires about it or B. There is a problem with it, that is where I get the term "Silent" from | ||

The recall affects 1125cr’s built before September 17 2008. Found that info online, so not sure if it's accurate. | ||
