From what I've seen using the search function there are only three available exhaust systems. They’re as follows:

FMF Ti full system
FMF Stainless Steel full system
Buell Race full system

I was wondering are there were any other full exhaust systems options I may have missed?

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks for the info Peter. I don't see any dyno results. Any idea how well that system flows compared to the ones I've mentioned thus far?

Thanks again,
Jason

Also the Drummer, D&D, Jardine, HMF, Torque Hammer, and a few others.

If you mean full systems then include the Termignoni Ti system...it's super duper expensive though...you could probably buy three TorqueHammers for that price (after euro to USD conversion and shipping from abroad).

If you mean any type of alternative there are closer to a dozen choices now.

The TH with the correct map is running 150 rw Hp and lower 90's tq. From what I've seen/ heard that in the same ballpark as the full systems.

CCryder, do you have a link to any dyno results? 150rwhp is a good 30 or so over stock, and that seems ridiculously big increase for a different muffler and a tune.

I think he is looking for full systems only.

Xtreme6669,
You are correct, I'm not looking slip-ons, only full exhaust systems.

Thanks all,
Jason

I'd like to see someone else's actual Torque Hammer dyno chart other than the one supplied by Twin motorcycles. If anyone has got one handy - thanks in advance.

The results of the TH are cooked. Notice how there is no baseline stock muffler to compare to. There is just no way a slip-on can have the same results as a full system.

I've been trying to get mine dyno'd for almost a month. B/T Thanksgiving and cold weather (they can't get good results on their dyno below 40F) I'm left out in the cold waiting.

BTW, that dyno chart is from Littlebutquick's bike. He has run some really fast 1/4 mile times.

Whoa - easy there V8killr - I certainly wouldn't say they are cooked! Check out thier website (Twin Motorcyclces) and you'll find plenty of baseline runs in the archives. Most gains aren't from the actual exhaust per se; rather most gains are from the enhanced FUELLING. I just wouldn't mind seeing a chart from someone here on Badweb - thats all.

Jason:

I guess it hurts when someone bursts your bubble! B4 you go accusing someone of cooking their results, you should investigate. If you post any results from here on out they will be suspect, just from those comments.

Dris and Martin ran over 1,000 dyno runs getting those results. Like T_man said, a lot has to do with fueling. A lot has to do with the exhaust. It is one heck of a combination without and dips, surges or other PITA charcteristics and, it's the quietest of the exhausts offered (IMHO).

If you don't agree, please feel free to PROVE me wrong.

I think it would be nice to see a stock muffler dyno run transposed with the TH dyno run, with no other changes than the muffler and both runs done as close to back-to-back as possible. Otherwise we don't know how much of the horsepower gain is from tuning and how much is purely from the muffler.

My apologies for my brash conclusion. I'll simply change my tone, as to, I'd like to better understand the testing process of the TH to better evaluate the results.

If you are looking for a full system, there are not many choices, just the ones already listed (to my knowledge). The stock exhaust on this bike is amazing for it's capability. Adding either of the premium slip-ons (Drummer or TH) with the addition of a good tune produce some amazing results. The bottom line is that the "choke point" on this engine platform is NOT the exhaust, like so many others... It is the tuning.

Jason:

That is a reasonable expectation: What I am planning on doing is making dyno runs with the TH and stock ECM. Then swapping out the mapped ECm. That should give us a pretty good idea of the "low hanging fruit" that is available from mapping.

I wish I had the time to do that same comparo with the stock exhaust but, these runs are on my "dime" and at $80/ hr, this comparo will just about consume an hour.

Maybe next week when I'm off work we will have some warmer days.

Most dealers will run a 1/2 price labor special during the winter. $45/hr is cheap for the Stl area. Back when I did both runs on mine, the rate was $88/hr and I got it done in less than an hour, but they let me swap out the pipe right there on the dyno. Took me about 20 minutes to do the swap, even with it hot. I just wore some good leather gloves. As I recall, they did about 11 or 12 total runs on mine that day. I definitely got my money's worth. I was questioned on the validity of mine, so I made certain that it got done to eliminate all possible doubt. It was worth it to me to have that done. It was on a stock tune with a stock pipe vs a modified stock pipe. AFV's did not change, 110 F / 100 R and the fueling was essentially identical at 14:1 a/f ratio.
