I've had 2 orders accepted and then cancelled.

So, Baldwin or Tobin?

Does anyone have any experience with these custom seats?

Right now I'm leaning towards Baldwin simply because Tobin's site was down last time I checked.

I don't know if they are a BWB sponsor, but have you tried buellpartsdotnet? I ordered a seat just after the obsoleted parts list was put up and supposedly it will arrive Monday. Their site says expect a two week delay. They also had the hard to find small tailbag.

American sportbike told me they were getting a "bunch"

I found one at a dealer a few days ago it's on it's way right now but I think was probably the last or one of the last to show up in Harley parts locator

I just got my seat from American Sportbike, so they are still out there.
Baldwin seats are very high quality, and he is a fellow badwebber, and S2 owner.

It may not be rare, but BuellParts says they are "
out of stock or limited stock". They did have at least one in stock when I ordered it. All other Buell accessory luggage is in stock.

+1 on the Baldwin seats. I didnt have him do a custom, but he did make me a cover for my firebolt. Top notch quality, and a great guy. I plan on getting a custom done from him over the winter. On the firebolt, I didnt mind so much, but with the 1125r I need some more padding for the boys! Not sure how the position is any different, or if its just the added power. But long rides are a killer.
