Just curious what everyone else is getting on theirs, stock, modified (what was done to get there for hardware) and tuned.
I just had mine dyno'd today. 128 rwhp!!!! Essentially stock, just a K&N filter right now. I had a Jardine CF on it for a while, took that off and will be building my own very soon, just need to order stainless tubing now.
Anyways, I just bought a Miller 150 tig welder just for this project. I'm pretty sure I lost a little bit up top going back to stock, but I'm happy with the #'s it posted. Unfortunately, the pickup for the coil was broken on the dyno at Gateway H-D, so no torque curve on mine.
I'll see if I can get a scan or a pic of the run sheet this weekend.

forgot to add, AFV was 110 front and 100 rear, 84 degrees F.

I was also at 128.something with stock bike and 05Z flash. was I think at 134 with some added fuel, but was too rich.

Haven't had a dyno run lately with the K&N in there, but happy to report the way low AFV numbers I was initially getting with the K&N have gone away.

Easy - not to take away from your impressive Torque Hammer - but back in '08 when you were first dyno tuning the 1125R (as archived on your website) didn't you make pretty much the same numbers (141hp & 113Nm of Tq) with a good fuel map and stock exhaust only?

I'm curious to where the advantage of an aftermarket exhuast lies when a good fuel map can provide such a significant gain. Perhaps the aftermarket exhaust allows the engine to rev quicker? Maybe more midrange? I'd love to see an overlay comparison between two of your dyno charts;
1) Good fuel map with stock exhaust
2) Good fuel map with Torque Hammer exhaust

Again, I know you guys have worked hard on tuning the 1125R and my questions are out of pure curiosity not posed in any way to discredit your exhaust products. Thanks!

T-Man,

It's all about low end torque, in this setup look at the dyno ABOVE (red Line) the low end torque combined with our fuelmap makes you wanne drive at low speeds. It is really strong bottom line much stronger then any aftermarket exhaust.

Top end power is good compared to stock exhaust.

Look at the graph below 4 different exhaust manufacturers, the blue line is Torque hammer, same bike, same ECM.

Nice! That blue plot is impressive!

100 RWHP at 6K RPM building to near 120 RWHP at 7K RPM! I like!

What else is in that motor?

Easyrider, I like the numbers, but, looking on Twinmotorcycles web site, it looks like the tune costs around $1000USD. Is that true? Also, everyone, is there a less expensive alternate that makes good power? If so, how much power and how much money? Hope this is ok to ask...

Easy, I love your great website and Buell passion. Keep up the good work.

Could you put torque into Ft/lbs for the sake of graphs. It will be easier to compare and will look MUCH better. If you give me the data, I'll do it.

118hp and 67ft/lbs I rode another 2008 1125R that seems to run much better than mine. Back to the dealer as the bike finally set a low fuel pressure code.

Bcrawf68, we are working on making a cheaper product for everyone.

The product you see, is a STOCK ECM and a programmed fuelmap on it complete, plug and play.
