Anybody have one they want to part with. I have called like 10 dealers and they all no have it. if you work at a dealer and have the exhaust gaskets at the muffler too let me know. keith | ||

Why don't you just order it, and until it gets to you, just remove the cable between the 'noid & throttle linkage? It'll serve the same purpose until you get the plug & can completely remove the 'noid. Just my $0.02 & YMMV. As for the exhaust gaskets, plenty of dealer sponsors on here. Why not go ask them there? I wouldn't imagine any dealer stocking the 'noid plug. That's a special order item. | ||

Even Liberty, which stocks a ton of stuff had to order my plug. Honestly I was surprised, mostly because of the rate people order them I figured they would of had a handful of them. At least they had the rest of my order in stock (09 SM/Electic/Parts books, XB front axle) | ||

If you choose the correct dealer, then they're easy to get hold of. Here in the UK, it's commonly accepted that there's only 2 dealers that can relied upon when it comes to Buells, Manchester and Black Bear. I phoned several dealers as an experiment, some didn't seem bothered, some promised to phone back etc, etc, blah, blah. In the end, I called my favoured dealer for one, it was ordered from the European Warehouse and was in my Post Box within the week  | ||

I made my own. Cut the plug off the noid and solder a 3 ohm resistor to the leads. I couldn't find a 3 ohm so I used 3 10 ohm resistors in parallel and got about 4 ohms. Cover it with some heat shrink and plug it in. | ||

 Result. I wish I'd known the resistance value, my Dad was an amateur radio enthusiast and I've got a big bag of resistors. | ||
