Do these panels REPLACE the factory radiator pods or just cover them up (from the side view only) as the AMA pace 11s' displayed @ Midohio ?

Any rider position pics, from those in the know, available for post?

Thanks!

When I read the title I thought Buell was releasing a fairing that went below the "mid-fairing" or a full looking faring, not the partial one announced with the 2010 models.

This one reminds me of the Ducati 900 series half fairing

vs this

I do like these............but at $500.00 and no lower cover for the muffler or any muffler, I still like my Catalyst. About $375.00 total with painting and its a best buy right now. I do believe the BMC's will fit somewhat better if its a show bike only but thats not what mine is all about. And if you buy the belly pan its going to be considerably more. Also, what if you do not have a black bike? Maybe other colors to come. I know, I know, I'm thrifty but I have to be. Bob

Now how is that top picture any different than the pods on the 1125r that some people love to bitch about so much. Seems to me there could be some radiators below that upper fairing if it had been designed that way.

I posted pix of this kit that was on display at the Dealer Show in Denver last weekend.
The side/lowers cover the pods, no replacement.

I think it all looks VERY good, but it's out of reach for a while for me.

Here's a couple of detail shots -

Heat-pad on inside of right side:

I think you need to leave the pods on under the bodywork so that the air still goes where it needs to.
