Hey guys i installed the jardine pro tune 3 last night and im having some issues. Here is my current settings 2008 Buell 1125R Solenoid removed Inner airbox removed Jardine CF exhaust about 700 miles. Ok heres what happened yesterday i installed my pipe went out and rode about 35 miles the bike was screaming it seems like the inner airbox with the jardine really match up good. It was a noticable power increase. After my little ride i decided to come home and put on my pro tune 3. I got it installed and fired up the bike. After about 5 seconds i heard a back fire following a CEL saying rear O2 sensor failure. I shut it down checked all connections everything seemed good, and the pro tune Led display showed it was running correctly. I started it up for the second time and seemed good it did the backfire at about the same time and no cel after running for like a minute. Until i had to shut it down because i woke everyone in the house up. I wheeled the bike outside and fired it up for the third time and sure enough the same backfire at 5 seconds and then another rear O2 CEL. After this i shut it down and decided to call it a night does anyone have any idea why this is happening. i would really appreciate the help.Thanks | ||

I'd call Jardine if it were me. I have essentially the same setup, less the protune card and the airbox lid. I also have a K&N filter. It runs just fine, no backfires, etc. I'm at almost 7000 miles now though, pipe has been on for probably 1500-1800 miles with no troubles or worries. | ||

yea i ran just the the jardine on my last 1125 for 2500 of 3000 miles and it ran great i just figured the pro tune could only help. without it it runs like a champ. you should remove your airbox it seems to really add power when mated with the jardine | ||

i spoke with i guy buy the name of chris he works on the pro tune 3's and he was willing to help me and gave me a couple of things to try and said feel free to call back if theres anything he can do to help. | ||

he said to turn down fuel enrichment in mode one which is like cruise speeds. he also said the street version doesnt have to work of the o2 but i bought the race version and i want to use its full capability i think im going to take it off get my money back and have it tuned properly. | ||
