It's home made , out of some flat stock aluminum sheeting , and painted the Diamond Blue frame black .

Thanks Guy's , much appreciated , I also made a turn out to try and get the exhaust off the rims , you can see it best in the third pic up , works about 90% , at least cuts down on clean time

Ken, that looks awesome. Now quite tinkering with the bike and go ride. You really need to run off those chicken strips.

Not crazy about the stickers but the color scheme is great - reminds me of my old Firebolt.

Boogiman ,
I Removed as much as possible , the rear tires a must , prep'd with a scouring pad and a wax and grease remover , primer coats , re prep'd and a tack cloth , and a shaker can of engine enamel is about it ....

XL & Fresno , the stickers are obviously either a hit or miss , depending on personal preferences , but i appreciate the feed back both ways , thanks

Nice fab work on the bellypan and exhaust!

Don't hurry to remove those chicken strips unless you give me first salvage bidding rights. Have fun!

That belly pan looks great. IF you were a sponsor, I would inquire about price and availability! Since you arent a sponsor, I will say no such thing, otherwise you might end up dissappeared like others....

Really nice job! I too like the belly pan.
I like stickers myself, I think there may be a few too many though, but to each his own.

I like the black paint. I kicked myself for buying the first year. I like the black frame. I'm good at envisioning what I want just lack the skills and patience(more so now)to do the work. The exhaust tips are similar to what I had in mind for mine.

I wanted to incorporate the tips into one rectangular exhaust exit.

I've got the red wheels and while I think they look good, they look better with the black frame as opposed to blue.

Real nice job Thurstonbuell!
(Now just paint the side stand black and it'll blend right in with the pan.)

Like the belly pan a lot!

I'm sure that someone is really proud of the "dog bone", but covering it up looks SOOOOO much better.

Quite honestly, I think it even balances out the scoops better.

how did you fabricate that bellypan? how did you bend the aluminum? Did you use any special tools to work with the aluminum? the reason I ask is because I have 8 sheets of aluminum in my garage and I would like to start a project like that. The sheet are 4 x 8 (like a sheetrock sheet) and I have no use for them anymore. How thick was the aluminum you used? Sorry for all the questions but I am excited!

Agreed with all the above!
I'd buy one.
Think some sponsor will take the hint?

Dude, now that I've seen the belly pan from a lower angle, you gotta make me one up. That thing is sweet.

Regarding the stickers, I need to find a Geico gecko sticker for my scoops.
