Guys,
I don't have control of the use of the dyno, it has not been on there yet, just in stock form....send your emails to buellgator, Paul is going to do the dyno work, my main goal is to get the afv's to make the muffler work without having to be tuned...it can be done and will be done, just not here at my shop...sorry for the delay but its comin'....

Don't take it personally, but do take note as members here are certainly potential/probable customers.

Forgive my ignorance...but if the plan is to run a muffler (or anything else) that works "best" with the stock ECM mapping...why spend a hand full of money for looks, one...two hp?

To my way of thinking, if the part(s) don't require remapping, which then leads to more power, better driveability...then why?

Not trying to start anything...just a question from someone that changes things for more than just looks.

In my mind there are three issues:

1. Performance

2. Looks

3. Sound

I can't use all the beans this bike has stock, so #1 fades back a little.

Not too hung up on #2, but it's a nice bonus.

I'm in it for #3. Anything more is gravy with whipped cream, a cherry, and sprinkles!

I want my bike to sound like a V-twin, not a sewing machine!!!

For the street, I would expect the thing to at minimum perform as good as stock.

For the track, that is another story...

I've ridden the bike here at the shop before and after, theres alot of difference between stock and what I've built....it has to make more power somewhere in the powerband but I need to see where so that I can fix it if theres a problem....I want to fix the exhaust to perform well with stock ecm because there are alot of you guys that can't afford to tune your bikes and spend all the extra money for this and that so lets get the main product to do its job first and then if it can't do what I need to see it do, then we will worry about the ecm....I take no offense to any comments made for the wrong reason or such, I'm so busy at work and home that I have no time for a peeing contest, but I will make a great muffler for the 1125 as I do for the XB's....

How much more work needs to be done to the pipe if all the materials for manufacturing have been ordered?

Not trying to be a wise guy- (AND AGAIN I am on the wait list for the 1125 Drummer pipe and I purchased and waited for my 06 XB Drummer-)

Hopefully a minor tweak not a redesign- because we are a year and a half into this current design.

I want my 1125 Drummer pipe!!!

Any one familiar with Drummer quality knows Kevin isn't going to release it until he has it just right.

It ain't rocket science but it's pretty damn close. It's all about getting the wave lengths just right and other things that I know absolutely nothing about : )

I'm thinking 525..I don't know but I'm ready to start building...I've got a ton of money in materials sitting here, my main goal to have it on a bike and running is to make sure the design has no flaws, I would hate to hurry them out and have to have problems
down the road....thanks to jerseyguy for the design work, I'm sure it'll be strong..

This ain't even close to the record, the Picture Game thread in backfire board is up to 2487 posts and there are threads larger than that.

Kevin, I can't wait to hear it, I know for sure when I get a 1125 that I will be getting one of your pipes! : )

Pretty fricken bad on Buellgator's part. If he does't have time to work on the Drummer, then say something and ship the pipe to someone else. There have to be a half dozen people here that would love to say they had a hand in prototyping the Drummer.
