*&%#)@ coorperate Bull$H!+!!!

My whole (#@!#$!@#$$% dealership is open, and we have had exactly one customer all day.

Anybody else stuck at work today instead of riding on this beautiful, 72 degree, dry, partly cloudy day?

14 F here this morning (Colorado), but my wife and I still got out and did a 15 mile ride this morning. She rides her own Triumph. Had to stop 3 times to cover holes and get warmed up, but we started out the new year right!

Happy New Year everybody!

Darn it was only 51 here today and I only got 80 miles on my 1125rt but I got about 2 hours on the ATV putting around the ranch. All in all about 4 hours out in the cold.

Does this make you feel better or, maybe the fact that I have to work tomorrow and it will be 60+deg. Damn the luck I have to ride 120 mile round trip to work. But I may get off of work about 1:00 (just beat me now ;+) ).

Ccryder, No problemo from us around the world especially the Buellers, Have a safe good night's sleep. Just do me a favor and ride the Dragon or the Skyway for me when you can. That is one beautiful ride.

My Dad starts my bike like once a month since September and takes it out ever other month for a 2 mile ride. He's only put Kitt on the tender once that I know of.

But if I was back in the States, I'd be riding as El Paso pretty much has about 340 or so days a year of good riding if you don't mind a few cold mornings.

But, Carbonbigfoot, I know the pain you feel. Here in the province of Korea that I'm in its fairly nice weather right now. Boy, how I wish I have my bike now. oops I mean my 1125R, I do have a bike thou, a pedal bike is what I have now. But at least it has Disk Brakes. Happy riding all.

Toby

TJ--I would just have the thing on the Tender. It's beneficial for your battery's health. Plus a ride for only 2 miles will probably not even recoup the energy used for starting the bike.

Yo bro...

Be thankful for at least having a job.

A lot of people don't right now.

TJ, thank you for serving OUR country abroad!

If your bike was near me I'd ride it for ya! Then mine, then yours, etc....
Dragon tail is NOTHING like it was years ago. On the weekends its truly sucks, can't get over 45.
But durring the week, oh man I've felt like ROSSI, or HAYDEN burning pucks off my leathers!!

Be safe and be thankfull of your jobs!!

TIMI..

Will do all, just do me a big favor.. Thank a Vet especially the ones from Vietnam. They did their part too, keeping us safe, as well as trying to keep the kids safe, that's what it's all about. The next generation which are the kids that need to be nurtured the right way. In the meantime have fun riding safe and spirited, keep the home fires burning, and Thanks those vets. You all make it worth the sacrifice, even all the bad weather webbers form Down Under to the ones from Europe as the too have service members deployed abroad. Thanks again guys. Here is a pic with some of my troops.

I'm the one far to the right my left as I am in the picture. oops!! So used to my military left.

Rob, I know what it feels like to be stuck inside with perfectly good riding weather outside, while your bike is parked right outside screaming for you to take her to the twisties. So ride safe when you can. Shiny side up.

It's sad to think, but our WW2 vets (my grandfather is in his nineties now) are just about at the ends of their life spans. Growing up around them to hear the atrocities and hardships of war was great education... sad to think what the world will be without them.

Take care out there Toby, and come home safe!

You mean "stage left" Toby : )
Still working on getting you a scan..

Z

Oh yeah - we had one of those rare 60+ degree January days here Friday.
I was lucky to have the day off.
Didn't do much riding, but we had a mini-convention of Buellers/BadWeBbers at High Country.
I spent most of my day off, at work visiting and meeting old friends... in a T-shirt!

The following day it was light snow and a high in the 30s

Pariah, Be glad that you got to hear history first hand. For the generations of your grandfather's are the generation that set the stage for us today, militarily speaking. Do me a favor and tell your grandfather that a lot of service members thank him for his service and the service is in good hands now to rest assured, we'll continue on the protection of OUR COUNTRY, The land of FREE and the HOME of the BRAVE.

Zack, thanks buddy when ever you can get to it, there is no rush. But lucky you and the other riders. Funny I was riding my bicycle today and was trying to get some weaving in my lane going down hill, it felt good but at times felt as though I was going to go down and then the Stop came up on me quick. Almost did a stoppie. Freaked me out. Darn disk brakes grab too good. Well, its bedtime for me so we'll talk to you all later and I really enjoy reading all the post of goodies that people are working on so I know what to have done to my bike when I get back. Hopefully I'll be in the states for about 3 weeks in May, and have my Dad trailer my bike to the dealer for a new rear tire and all the updates and upgrades. Keep posting Everyone.
