Green lights, visible sweeping curves with no traffic, 57 degrees and dry. Got to use the next lane for staging for some turns, beautiful. I went on a 4 hour ride with a friend who was on a 1098. We both had heated gear on and were doing wheelies like it was regular warm weather out. It was just one of those days that everything was right... Today I rolled out to Robstown to the Gun Show, and went all back roads as much as I could. There are actually some kinda twisty roads out there! Got to stretch the Evil Twins legs a bit. Bested my top end by about 7 mph, to 147. Little bit of wind blast, but it was down wind, so not too bad. Comming in on 2nd shift 55 deg and sunny. Leaving at midnight 35 deg and raining. First time I had the CR out in the rain. No problem at all.
