Carbon fiber fairing in development. Check out this link http://www.ilmberger-carbon.de/html/buell_1125r.ht ml. Looks cool to me, don't know what exhaust the bike is running. I hope this post doesn't violate the Badweb sponsor criteria. I'm just excited to see a full fairing being developed by a well known MFG. Eric | ||

They're the manufacturer, and Trojan (who IS a BadWeb sponsor) is the distributor. I don't see an issue (but then, I don't administer BadWeb either). | ||

That one is done right in my opinion versus the one we saw a while bike with the fixed firebolt fairing. Imberger makes high quality stuff, but also very expensive. | ||

Just as a matter of interest to those who had asked previously: We will be getting the new Ilmberger carbon as soon as it is available but as yet don't have any prices for it. Also, the glassfibre full fairing kit that we already advertise on our web site has been subtly changed to allow the side panels/belly pan to be fitted to the stock upper fairing  (the side panels need a little trimming to do this, but nothing major). This means that the component parts will be available as a complete fairing, lower half only(side panels & belly pan) or just the belly pan if required. As soon as we have details of these parts we will of course let you all know and will post details on our site. | ||

Nice love that fairing! Trojan I looked on the HPE exhaust website and it says they are developing a exhaust for the 1125r. Any info there will you guys have it? I am just about to drop the money on the exhaust you have now, are they in stock or are they built to order? I miss my v twin sound. | ||

Wow. Stunning. Now that looks very up-to-date. I would only hope that you can offer that same design but in cheaper material. Even a few hundred US$, I'de take that in a heart beat. At least the side fairings and the lower bucket. We have a new background!  Please keep us posted! The angles, shapes, cutouts, everything looks very proportional. The scoops stand out even more but the lines flow way better. | ||

That is what should have been released. BMC? It's a shame that I buy Buell because it is American but if I want to get it close to what I really want I have to go off shore. Puzzling. Joe |
