Hey Tim,
We just got ours too. I have looked up some of the parts. I do know that the mirrors are in h-dnet and are priced at $58 each. Still hit and miss on the rest.

damn... 23 bucks for the oil filter. although that is supposed to include the oring for the cover that you have to remove. so... 70/75 bucks for an oil change.

Tim (no_rice), if this is true I will consider the aftermarket and get Aprilia 1000 filters, which I understand interchange, at $5-7.00 each (Hi-flo, EMGO or Parts unlimited) from either Dennis Kirk or AF1 racing in Texas "www.AF1racing.com" 2 pack Hi-Flo at $17.00. I researched these brands on the net and they are all good quality stock replacements. I like to be brand loyal, one of the many reasons I bought the new 1125R, until I feel I'm getting a bad deal. I still use the "long" HD filter for my M2 as its price is competitive but evidently the new ones are not. There will probably be aftermarket filters for the 1125R soon competitively priced. Bob

Just curious No_rice, how did your figure 70/75 bucks for an oil change? Your scaring me!

Well, you could also just buy a Scott's stainless steel filter and never worry about buying another throw away filter. Then your oil change will only cost you $20 for Mobil 1 if you do it yourself.

Parts and manuals are useless without the bike.

well if you follow the recommendations for oil. $23 for the filter, 4 quarts of syn3 at $10 each. so $63 plus tax, so ya, closer to $70.

scotts makes an internal cartridge style filter? if some of the aftermarket ones that have already been mentioned work then great!

theres plenty of parts that will fit my xb, one of them is the ZTL2 setup. that is really of interest!

Scotts make a SS filter for the Rotax 990, so if the 1125 uses the same size paper filter, then the Scotts should fit the Buell. Just don't tell your friends that it was designed for an Aprilia.

LOL, just getting discouraged. After my crash in July I've been chomping at the bit for this bike and it just wont leave the plant, so hearing that parts books and manuals are out frustrates the hell out of me.
