Stainless 2.5 header for "over the tube" applications. No O2 sensor bung. New - mounted up to check fit, but never fired motor. I bought it from Al at American Sport Bike before he shut down. Includes new flanges and clips. $250 + shipping Billet front engine support for fitting XB heads to tube frames. Once again, I bought this from Al at American Sport Bike before he shut down. Includes new bolts that attach to the head. $100 + ship Stock X1 muffler. Great shape, includes rear strap and Z bracket. $75+ ship Polished XB valve covers with grommets. The polisher did a OK job on the finish, but said he was unable to get into some of the recesses. I have my own opinion about this, but they will look good on the bike. I think Lance at St. Paul said they were discontinued now. $80 (pair) + shipping Polished cast swingarm including the mounting block, stock plastic hugger, rear axle, adjuster blocks and screws. Not the best polishing job in the world, but she's got it where it counts. A few scratches for installing and removing, but a little elbow grease will work wonders. Also includes new isolators. I installed them when I installed the swingarm, but didn't use the new bolts or torqued down. Didn't even get a chance to start the bike. $200 + shipping Cut down cam cover - needs polishing $75 + ship PM wheels front and rear. The front is basically new, and the rear has been repolished so they match. Rear bearings replaced with ones from American Sport Bike. No tires. $500 + ship Custom Magura Hymec hydraulic clutch system. NEW in BOX. This was custom made with a master to fit XB and the slave to fit a sportster. The normal Sportster setup is for 1" bars but the slave is correct. The XB version has the correct master to fit a tuber, but the slave is slightly different. NEW. Didn't even make it out of the box. $200 + ship. Jolly's custom brace / pulley cover. Installed-small scratch probably happened in shipping. $100+ ship. Lower X1 chin fairing in good shape. No rash or anything. Some abrasion from the clutch cable rubbing on it. Includes RH front mount at shock tab and mounting spacers for both sides. $75+ ship. M2 aluminum THICK CNC fork brace. Installed not ridden. The scratches in the corner were from the wire form for the speedo cable. Ok polishing job on top, raw on bottom. I'm going to try to use USPS Priority flat rate boxes when possible. I went to the post office last night to pick some out to see what fits in what box, but they were picked clean. I'll stop by today and see if they've replenished them. Brent, I am looking for a box to fit that chin spoiler in. Unless you want it in a refrigerator box  . | ||

I often will wrap the part in bubble wrap and then cut a box down to fit. Doesn't have to be perfect just protected and small as possible. Tape is your friend when shipping. | ||

I agree. I've often cut down boxes when I have a dimension that doesn't work. Like you said, lots of tape and packing material, as well as some strategic razor work can usually save the day. I'll most likely have to do that with the header, wheels and swingarm. Sometimes its an just an inch that can make the difference between an oversize surcharge and keeping things reasonable. .one things i forgot to ask..on the custom brace and pulley cover....any chance you have all the spacers and bolts and such to go with that??????....also will that billet mount work on the original head on a '00 X-1 Lightning???? curious... LT | ||

As I understand it there were 2 types of billet front mount. One style was set up for either stock heads OR XB head conversions. The other style had an ovalized hole that could work in either setup. This one is set up for an XB head conversion in a tuber. I have the spacers for the brace/cover, but I think I am using the two rear bolts to hold the stock brace on. Let me double check. If that's the case, you can get replacement bolts from a hardware store. They're just standard stainless Allen bolts. | ||

LT- I think I found those missing bolts. I'll put them in the package. Btw, I'm just selling the pulley brace. I called it a cover, because it goes over the pulley. I'm looking for a funky shaped box for the spoiler. I think I found one, and will test fit when I get home tonight... or... if you want, I could drill out those rivets on the bottom of the fairing and put both pieces together. It should knock down the shipping price quite a bit. Let me know, that would make things much easier and less expensive to ship.  | ||
