Want to save a tuber? Here is an easy one if you have a spare engine.

2000 S3T Frame - FRESH powdercoat in a bright metallic silver

Volcano Gray bodywork - looks awesome with Silver frame.

Also included: Swingarm, swingarm block, isos, CF hugger, wheels with good tires, 1998 WP forks, Fairing bracket, Front and rear brakes, saddle bag brackets, handlebars, most of the wiring harness (she gave up a bit for Gloria) and as much of the rest of the bike as I can clear out of the garage...basically I want to reclaim some space before I start the next build.

The frame has a clean, clear title, and California Non-OP is up to date so no registration hassles.

No rush to sell, but if anyone wants a project...I will slap it sort of together and grab some pics. Sale of this will fund the Penske shock for Gloria...

Price listed does NOT include shipping - probably best to pick it up in San Jose, CA. I do not want to phuque with listing all the stuff separately, so hold any questions re: individual components. If no one bites on this, I'll break it down further.

Lynrd,

Let's chat about this. I would love to see what you have as I may have an engine available soon.

I think I know which engine you are thinking of...and I think that is a GREAT idea! That would be a f'n monster....

If you want to swing by on the way home - just give me a shout.

Yeah, the hard part would be mounting it. Not sure if there is clearance for the height either.

There will be clearance for the height...the engine is suspended from the top... Unless that mill is so tall it hits the shock!

So you can be like

At worse...you need a set of heads (really, just the front) if yours don't have the mounting bosses in the front.

Well, the SO put a kebash on any more projects until I finish the sportster and HER FJ40.

She wants the Sportster back on the road because she is too short for the Buell... At least she is willing to ride that rocket.

"So what are you waiting for? ,finish that FJ40 before it starts rusting all over again!"

$$ and time. The mechanicals are set, it just needs the body pulled and some decent paint work. Not very much rust either and it is only cosmetic and not rot of any parts. It's been taken care of most of it's life (except the bondo on both front fenders).
