A friend just got an M-2, he is looking for another pipe. Anyone got something lying around? I think his bike is a '97-'98 style. Drop me a line, I'll hook you guys up(I got an M-2 as well, so, I have an interest too)
Thanks

I have a LIKE new Carbon Fiber SS2R...

Its made for the 2.5" header... Let me know if it will work.

It has ALL the mounting hardware on it as I decided to NOT use it..

Thanks
Matt.

I have an aluminum SS2r with cracked rear mount that was on my old 99 M2. Black inlet elbow, rough cosmetic shape but I don't think any holes. I'll dig it out. It'll be cheap. : )

Medic,

Did you get my email.... Let me know...

Tell him to make a fair offer on it and he can HAVE IT... it sits on a shelf in my gun room UNTOUCHED.

Thanks,
Matt.

The 97-98 has a 2" diameter exit on the header collector, the 99-02 has 2.5" exit.

Does the rear jug exhaust go over the frame or under the frame tube?
Over is early (97-98), under is later (99-02).

Wouldn't want to waste shipping around the wrong size muffler, even if it's a bargain price.

Well, it just so happens to be a '97-98. But, what do you have? I happen to have an X-1 as well? Thanks
