This suit is very similar to the Aerostich suit. It is waterproof, windproof and all-around great suit. There is full soft armor throughout. Plus great reflective material. I bought it last year at a charity ride. It has been used maybe 4 times. One of those was a good healthy rain. I arrived home completely dry! Now for the bad part...it doesn't really fit me. Vibr8r... I'd say the size is for anybody between 5'6" to 5'10". The midsection isn't too big but the adjustable belt helps with the slimmer person. My problem was with the torso length. I'm 6' tall and weight about 165#. There was plenty of chest and belly room. But it was too tight from the shoulders to the crotch. I'll post pictures tomorrow. | ||

Will it fit over a leather jacket? Or is it just over clothes only? | ||

I probably wouldn't wear it over a leather jacket. The suit is more of a "stand alone" item. It's not something that is packable as a rain suit. I would wear layers to give addtional warmth as needed. The material es similar to Cordura so it would provide excellent protection. And the armour in the the shoulders, elbow, hips & knees will also provide protection. | ||
