Okay, so here's the deal. I ordered this from Rob and got it in just a few days ago. After installing it on my Ss and contacting Rob about the fit, I've discovered that the current scoop design he offers isn't designed for the wider frame, and so it sticks out a bit farther than the stock scoop. Being the symmetry FREAK that I am, it bugs me, so I'm willing to pass it off to someone here at Badweb at a personal loss.

The scoop is in PERFECT condition. I installed it on my bike, looked at it, and took it back off. My cost was $261 after shipping, so I'm willing to save someone else a little cash and let it go for $240, and I'll take care of the shipping again (so long as you're in the continental US).

This scoop is the one fashioned by Rob Crins , which matches the stock scoop closer than any other scoop on the market. The way I understand it, it will fit properly on any XB other than the Long and the Uly. It WILL fit on the Long and Uly, but it will stick out about an inch or so further than the left side scoop. May want to check with Rob to be absolutely certain on that.

Anyone that's interested can send me a PM, or shoot me an email at cliff.lyles@gmail.com .

Does it stick out farther forward or to the side?

I might be interested in it if nobody made an offer yet.

Just an update... I have several people that have said they'd like to purchase the scoop. m1combat was the 1st in line to say he wanted it for certain, so I'm just waiting for confirmation of payment. Should things not work out for one reason or another, I'll post back to let everyone know that the scoop is still up for grabs.

EDIT Monday Nov. 27: If I don't hear anything from M1 by this Wednesday, I'll move on to the next person in line. Sorry to keep everyone else waiting on responses... doin' the best I can here.

How does this differ from the stock scoop? Aside from dimensions. Does it improve the airflow?

"How does this differ from the stock scoop? Aside from dimensions. Does it improve the airflow?"

Weeell...

1.) It's on the RIGHT side of the bike. Also, it's a harder plastic.
2.) Dimensions are actually pretty close to the stock... sticks out an inch further, I think. Certainly less than 2 inches.
3.) Yeah, on the right side.

M1combat has purchased the airscoop. Thanks to everyone that expressed interest!
