Want to put one on the XB. I found the brackets to do it with but I need a headlight with side mounts. The cheaper the better. | ||

I was hoping to buy someones spare parts cause I am not sure how long it will take me to make this work. I have never done this kind of thing before and will be modifying parts as needed. In the meantime, I still have to ride the bike back and forth to work everyday. After I make this work, I plan to put my lights up for sale. | ||

Firstbuell, I found a set of clamps in Chaparral's new street catalog that I am gonna try once I mic my forks and see what size of the 2 I need, they are adjustable. If they wont work, I am gonna find another way to do it, possibly mounting them to the lower triple clamp somehow with a homemade bracket. | ||

i have a set from a 54mm inverted x1 forks and i think i have a set from a same size s1 too. they are about the same, they look a little different. i think the xb's are 54mm also...anyone know? ill get pics when i get a chance to get up to the garage... | ||

Thanks, it all depends on the clamps, I think I can make everything else work easily. |
